CORINNE MESNER
2016 SERIES: MOOD SAFARI
In 2017, Corinne started to creatively document a transformative experience she had in 2016. Using a consistent color theme, she hints at progress in spite of pain; growth in spite of set-backs; and positivity in spite of sadness. Her work takes us on a journey of sharpness amidst smoothness, with the push and pull of emotions. Each painting is accompanied by a quote or poem to exemplify the power of art and writing. This series of work is still a work in progress, with more paintings anticipated.
