ABSTRACT

This abstract series, completed between 1997 and 2002, explores different styles from cubism to abstract expressionism, focusing on the interplay between warm and cool color schemes. Some have chaotic shapes with no anchor, communicating intensity, apathy, and disconnection while others contain fluid forms expressing openness and freedom. This collection foreshadows some of Corinne’s later works.
